No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is required to enter giveaway. Purchasing STACYC products does not increase likelihood or chances of winning. This is a random drawing. All that is needed is the name & email address of a parent or legal guardian 18 years or older.
Promotion Description
STACYC is promoting awareness of its brand and company by offering an “enter to win” giveaway of STACYC EDRIVE bikes. The entry window for said giveaway begins March 4th, 2019. All entries must be submitted before the random drawing on March 31st 2019. All participant must to do is “enter to win” by filling out our newsletter form online on our website @ www.STACYC.com. Eligibility
Eligible parties must have a US postal address for shipment of giveaway prizes after drawing is performed. You do not need to be present to win. Shipping of prizes will only be within the continental USA. All entrants must be 18 years or older and must enter to win with a valid email address.
Prizes
Giveaway includes a chance to win a STACYC 12 or 16EDRIVE. The drawing is for a standard 12EDRIVE or 16EDRIVE with an average retail value of $649 USD and $699 respectively.
How to Enter
To enter to win, contestants must fill out the STACYC “enter to win” Newsletter Form in the pop-up window or link at the bottom of our homepage. Online @ www.STACYC.com.
Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via email after the drawing on March 31st, 2019. Winners must respond to notification email within 72 hours accepting their prize and providing a US mailing address for shipment of said prizes. If prizes are not claimed within 72 hours of contact, a redrawing will take place giving another entrant the opportunity to win prizes.
Privacy
By entering to win in this giveaway you are providing your email address to STACYC. STACYC will be utilizing the email address to remarket its brand and products via newsletters and email campaigns. STACYC will not share your email address with any companies or persons outside of the company.
Limitation of Liability
STACYC is only liable to provide the standard STACYC bikes as described herein.
Winners List
Winners list shall be posted via STACYC’s social media channels @RIDESTACYC on Facebook and / or instagram. Giveaway does not require doing anything with these social media channels.
