Checking Voltage
Set volt meter to 200DCV and attach to the positive and negative tabs marked on the battery case.
   20V-21V = Healthy charged STACYC battery
   ~18V = Depleted healthy STACYC battery
   ~17V fully charged = Battery is not holding a complete charge and needs to be replaced

Checking Voltage
Set a volt meter to 200DCV and attach to the positive and negative tabs marked on the battery case.
   40.5V-41.5V = Healthy charged STACYC battery
   ~36V = Depleted healthy STACYC battery
   ~34V fully charged = Battery is not holding a complete charge and needs to be replaced

If you don't own a volt meter most auto parts stores will test batteries free of charge.
